There are several local clubs that hire the Community Hall on a regular basis. The Community Hall can be used for small meetings or large gatherings. If you are interested in hiring the hall please give us ring and we can make a time to show you our amazing facilities. You will find our charges are very competitive.

Waihi Beach Gymnastics
When: Gymnastics is held on Wednesday 3.00 p.m to 5.30 p.m. and Thursday 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Pre school children up to year 6 are welcome to come along and join the gymnastic classes. A high level of quality recreational gymnastics is provided. The children can participate in regional competitions and gain qualifying event grades.
There is no gymnastics over the school holiday period.

Badminton
When: Monday 9.00 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.

The Badminton Club caters for social and competitive matches open to anyone who wants a game. We meet each week on a Monday morning from 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
We welcome new members. The Badminton season runs from beginning of March to the end of October.
Come along and join us.
Pickle Ball
When: Tuesday & Thursday morning at 9.00 am to 12.00 noon

There is group of enthusiastic people of all ages that play Pickleball every Tuesday and Thursday at the Waihi Beach Community Centre. Paddles and balls are provided, but if you have your own please bring them along.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes. It is a game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. Rules for pickleball are simple, making it a great introductory sport.
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Come along and join us it is a lot of fun and great exercise.

If you are wanting to start up a new bowling club at Waihi Beach please contact Shoneen to discuss this matter.
There is equipment at the Waihi Beach Community Centre that could be used.
