The Waihi Beach Community Centre is a large amenity which is situated a stones’ throw from the lovely Waihi Beach. It caters for a wide variety of activities and events. The complex consists of a hall, supper room and modern kitchen facility. Hall and kitchen facilities can seat 500 people. The supper room has seating space for 50 people.  This is a great space for meetings or presentations.

The Community Centre has recently added a new meeting room. The old Library has now been converted into a large meeting room that has a small kitchenet at the rear. The large airy meeting room can be set up in various seating options. Prices and times are negotiable.

The Community Centre also has two meeting rooms up on the mezzanine floor.  There is one large meeting room that can be set up in various seating options and then there is another meeting room where smaller meetings can be held or it can open up to a large meeting room.  Both meeting rooms are very private and have a great view out over the broad-lands. Pricing is very competitive. 

The complex has a large modern kitchen with a walk-in chiller that has recently been renovated.   There is a large curtained stage for bands and dance groups.  The complex is also surrounded by an ample and easily accessible parking area.

The venue is suitable for functions such as conferences, self-catering weddings, engagements, funerals, fundraisers, birthday parties, meetings, and indoor recreational sports activities. Local service providers are available to help with all occasions.
